The project involved major refurbishment of a 6 storey grade II listed town house, including extensive structural alterations to create an executive suite of offices and accommodation for Rolex.
This accommodation includes reception, exhibition space, conference facilities, grand dining hall, bar, lift, lounge, kitchen & food servery, wine stores, private apartment & pent house. The scheme was finished to a very high standard and includes areas of both traditional and contemporary styling.
We provided a full service including scheme design, planning and listed building application packages, building control application, party wall surveying, planning coordinator, detailed design, design team management, site liaison & contract administration.
