Our design was for a series of penthouse apartments to be carefully grafted onto the top of an existing 1930’s brick apartment block on the Edgware Road, near Marble Arch.

The apartments were a mixture of single and duplex units.

The proposal was illustrated by a series of computer visuals including ‘before’ and ‘after’ views for the residents and planning authority. There were several external decks in the design, as well as extensive solar shading.
