The planning consent for this development of 43 houses on the site of a previous local authority school was gained for the Dorset Development Partnership and constructed by Bellway Homes.
This site was previously a primary school but now provides a 43-unit housing development, of which 17 are affordable units.
The planning uses a variety of road types including shared spaces and a small square. There are many existing trees which have been integrated into the design and a variety of house types ranging from flats to detached 5-bedroom houses.
The design gained a planning consent.
