This development of 24 apartments and a 10,000 sq ft restaurant unit is on Islington Green in London for City and General and later Sagar Developments.

The flats incorporate glass bridges, double height spaces and wave-form roof shapes and were carefully designed within a complex light angle envelope. The building is designed around an inner courtyard which has exterior cladding using terracotta blocks.
