Consent was gained for a development of 29 flats with lower level parking in an area subject to flooding and (in flood zone 3).
The design included waterproof construction up to window level for the ground floor flats and watertight doors to the main entrance and lower level parking area.

The design was tailored to mimic a previous consent which effectively set the parameters for rooflines and the external appearance on the road side.

The design includes a central open courtyard with landscaping which is surrounded on three sides by open access balconies and is open on the fourth side.
