This new build house is in an ‘Arcadian approach’ to Tunbridge Wells and was given a Design Award by the Tunbridge Wells Civic Society.

The house is two-storey and has terraces at both ends of the first floor with twin pitched roof profiles to match the height and massing of a listed stables block next door.

The walls use recyled newsprint insulation and the house has solar panels.
