Under licence from Paramount in the US, this themed bar was developed within the Café Royal.

The front ‘room’ as you enter was a merchandise section with the rear ‘room’ transformed into a New England style pub with a faithful replica of the main bar from the TV show taken for blueprints (literally) supplied by Paramount. The scheme also incorporated a full commercial kitchen capable of catering for 175 covers.

A major element of the works also included the careful salvage on the many historic fixtures and fittings within the existing space.
