This 310 unit development is on a green field site to the south east of Berlin, close to a communter railway line with large scale new industrial plants nearby and was developed by Bovis Homes, Europe.

The development consists of a mixture of apartments in blocks of six units and a range of house sizes and types from terraced to detached. The planning and appearance was based on the work of a local German architect of the 1920’s who was a devotee of the English Garden Suburb movement.
